TEAM UP! EVERYONE
TEAM UP! Everyone Competition Rules for the 46th Nationale-Nederlanden Warsaw Marathon
1. The TEAM UP! Everyone competition is open to teams representing sports clubs, companies, institutions, other groups, as well as groups of runners participating under a common name.
2. A team consists of 3 or 4 members, including at least one woman and at least one man.
3. All members of the teams must comply with the rules of the 46th Nationale-Nederlanden Warsaw Marathon. A participant can only represent one team.
4. The team captain is responsible for:
– Registering the team for the TEAM UP! Everyone competition.
– Deciding the team’s composition.
– Acting on behalf of the team.
– Communicating with the race organizers.
5. The team’s final score will be the sum of the 3 best results achieved by its members, including at least one woman and one man. These results will be converted into a point score using World Athletics conversion tables. The team with the highest total score wins.
Example:
– Runner 1 of Team X – net time: 2:12:30 – 1,117 points
– Runner 2 of Team X – net time: 2:13:30 – 1,100 points
– Female Runner 1 of Team X – net time: 2:32:00 – 1,113 points
– Female Runner 2 of Team X – net time: 2:33:00 – 1,103 points
The team’s final score would be the sum of the 3 highest scores (Runner 1, Female Runner 1, and Female Runner 2): 1,117 + 1,113 + 1,103 = 3,333 points. Therefore, Team X’s final score is 3,333 points.
